Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post is reporting that the Cleveland Browns have placed linebacker D'Qwell Jackson on injured reserve. Jackson has already recorded 57 tackles in this young season.
Jackson injured his shoulder in last weeks action. Last season Jackson recorded 154 tackles, which lead the team. In fact, Jackson's 57 tackles this season were leading the team. Jackson will be a free agent after the season.
Mangini commented on the injury, “It’s disappointing any time you lose a player for the season, and this is especially true with someone like D’Qwell, who has proven to be an outstanding leader for us both on and off the field.”
