Source: UFL To Hold Tryouts In Early 2010

Last weekend I emailed a high ranking UFL employee about several headlines and some of my questions about the UFL. One of the questions I posed is about the possibility of future tryouts, and workouts for players.



"When and where will player tryouts be held next, or are tryouts being held privatley, like in the NFL?"



Their response



"The UFL does plan to hold some workouts and/or tryouts and they will be announced in early 2010"



Each tryout that the UFL hosted in 2009 averaged about 1,000 players, which is a very big size for an upstart league.
