With a playoff spot in veiw, the Dallas Cowboys still have a glaring need that they need to fill if they want to compete in January. Nick Folk, who missed a 24 yard field goal last night, will likely be released in the next few days.
Folk has missed a field goal in his last six games, and now has little respect of Cowboy fans. Folk has only made four of his last eleven kicks. David Buehler, the Cowboys kick off specialist, could get a chance to replace Folk.
According to DallasCowboys.com one reason for Folk's poor play could be related to a torn labrum in his right hip. Folk had surgery on his hip in the offseason.
