The St. Louis Rams have announced on their twitter page that they have released offensive guard Richie Incognito. Incognito was benched on Sunday by Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo. Incognito was benched after two personel fouls.
According to several news outlets, Incognito got in a fight with Spagnuolo during the second half of last weeks game. The Rams also placed starting left guard Josh Bell on injured reserve. Incognito has started all 44 games in which he has played in.
