Today on Jim Rome is Burning Shaun Alexander told Rome that he is still waiting for a call from an NFL team. Alexander says that he will be ready if the right team calls. Well Shaun, you better be on the doorstep if any teams call.
Alexander last played with the Redskins in 2008. Alexander claims that he has improved his strength and speed, which may or may not be true, it is hard for me to see how he could be soo much better than he was in 2008.
Alexander also seems to understand that a return to the NFL is a long shot.
