Chris Mortenson of ESPN.com is reporting that Buffalo Bills wide receiver, Terrell Owens, who is scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent after the season, could sign with the Washington Redskins.
Mike Shanahan, who is rumored to be interested in the Redskins coaching job, has been a long supporter of Owens. When Owens signed with the Dallas Cowboys in 2006, Shanahan was the Cowboy's top challenger in Owen's signing.
Shanahan likes larger wide receivers (ex. Brandon Marshall), and Santana Moss does not provide Shanahan with that. Wherever Owens departs to in 2010, expect a cap friendly one-year contract.
