The New York Post is reporting that a woman has sued New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards for failure to pay her child support. Nik Pace is suing Edwards for $70,000. Pace appeared in America's Next Top Model.
According to Pace's lawyer, "Braylon had tried to get the case litigated in Georgia because they are traditionally less generous with child support payments. It's a cold, calculated act to pay less money."
Edwards lawyer defended Edwards with this statement. "Nik's main home is in Georgia, she is registered to vote in Georgia, and she gave birth in Georgia, which is why he immediately asked the courts in Georgia to recognize him as the dad"
