Charles Rogers Meets The Popo

The Associated Press is reporting that former Detroit Lions first round pick Charles Rogers was arrested this week for disobeying a sobriety court order. Rodgers will serve over 90 days in jail for his latest act.

According to the AP, Rogers passed out in a restaurant near Detroit. Rogers was at a Mexican restaurant, according to the Canadian Times. After being drafted with the second overall pick, Rogers only played in 15 games.

Rogers tried to sign with the CFL's Winnipeg Blue Bombers, but the CFL came down with a ruling that Rogers could not sign with a team in their league. Rogers had two kids before he graduated high school, two lives ruined by their father's bad choices.
