Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post Dispatch is reporting that the St. Louis Rams could lose defensive end Leonard Little to the Carolina Panthers. Little is considering retiring after the season.
If Little does not retire he will become an unrestricted free agent, where he has the ability to sign with any team. Little would fit well in Carolina, where the Panthers look like they could lose Julius Peppers.
Little lives in North Carolina, and his former defensive line coach, Brian Baker, is now the Panthers defensive line coach. Little could also consider re-signing with the Rams with a reserve role.
