Internet rumors are swirling, and you know Bleacher Report is the capital of very unlikely NFL rumors, so guess where this next rumor comes from. Alex Akita thinks that Saints running back Reggie Bush could land in Seattle in 2010.
Here is what I think about the possibility of Bush leaving the Saints and joining the Seahawks. It's about as likely as Curtis Painter throwing a touchdown pass, or Peter King going a day without writing something that is wrong.
Here are the reasons Akita thinks Bush will be heading to Seattle....
1. Pete Carroll - Reggie Bush reunion
My Take: The seahawks would have to offer the saints a significant offer (their first round pick) for Bush, who the saints are really high on right now after his great performance against the Cardinals. The Seahawks would not be willing to do that.
2. Reggie Bush lives on the west coast
My Take: Who cares. Bush is not the Saints GM.
3. Seahawks need a RB
My Take: Yes they do, but they don't need another speed guy, that's why they have Forsett
4. Kim Kardashian lives on the west coast
My Take: Really? Is this the best you can come up with? C'mon man. Child please.
