- Derrick Mason - Mason does not want to return to the Ravens on a one year contract, and I could see Mason signing a two year deal with the Titans if the Ravens don't give Mason his deal.
- Antonio Bryant - Bryant will not return to the Buccaneers after his poor second season with the team. Rumor has it that the dolphins are interested in Bryant. Bryant struggled with injuries in 2009.
- Terrell Owens - Owens, like Bryant, will not return to his team. Chad Ochocinco is pushing for the Bengals to sign Owens. Teams will not want to sign Owens to multi-year contracts.
- Nate Burleson - According to Mike Sando of ESPN, Burleson will test the free agent market. Adds value as a punt returner and can play in or out of the slot. Burleson had his best season as a Seahawk in 2009.
- Chris Chambers - The Chiefs are hoping that Chambers will return, but that may not happen. Chambers has solid speed, but he struggled with drops in San Diego, and can fade away sometimes.
- Kevin Walter - After having solid seasons in 2007 and 2008, Walter only managed to catch around 600 yards in 2009. Walter is tall, and can make good catches, but he can also make plays after the catch, he is just inconsistent.
- Torry Holt - Holt is a smart, savvy receiver who finds ways to get open, but he lacks his speed of his youth. Holt has dealt with knee injuries in the past three years which lowers his rank on this list.
- Muhsin Muhammad - Solid possession receiver, who lacks speed to be a solid starter at this point. Muhammad is a good blocker and he runs solid routes. Muhammad will help in the locker room and the huddle.
- Bobby Wade - Wade is a solid possession receiver who makes a lot of tough catches, he does not have bad speed, but he won't go deep often. Wade fits well in the slot, and finds ways to slice into zones.
- Josh Reed - Reed lacks great speed, but has solid hands and can move the chains, somewhat similar to Steve Smith of the Giants. Although Reed lacks great speed, he can still gain yards after the catch.
