Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star is reporting that the Kansas City Chiefs could land running back LaDainian Tomlinson this off season. Tomlinson would compliment Jamaal Charles like he complimented Darren Sproles late in the 2008 season.
Teicher thinks the Chiefs may look in the middle rounds to find a running back that can compliment Charles. Kolby Smith did not impress the Chiefs in his third season, and he might be on his way out.
Tomlinson has started every single game he has played in in his career, and he has only missed three games in his nine NFL seasons. Tomlinson's yards per carry rating has gone down every year since 2006.
