New UFL Sacramento Team Name Choices

The United Football League has named their top six choices for the name of the UFL's new franchise to be located in Sacramento.

  • Condors

  • Miners

  • Pioneers

  • Redwoods

  • Senators

  • Sting

Out of those six selections, I like the String, Condors, and Miners.

    Harold McNabb (FB/KR) West Mountain Semi-Pro 2008-2009

Today at the 2010 Phantom Pro-Day I got chance to see former Auburn University Walk-On and West Mountains Semi-Pro Fullback, Harold McNabb showcase some of his skills. McNabb was drilled by FBU Combine & LA Cathedral High School (DB) Coach Will Torres, on the basic fundamental tests that are conducted at the NFL Combine. Gab Lovell of Swift Ink. Agency and the manager of the former AU walk-on, was accompanied by DraftNews.com-Lisa Mackmoore (Columnist) and Pro-DayBoys.com-Doug Anderson (Writer). Coach Torres stated that "Harold is a very good athlete, he's fast for a fullback and catches like a receiver, also to only be 202 lbs as a fullback Harold has good strength but is very aggressive in the Run & Pass blocking area". Lisa Mackmoore also had this to include "McNabb is not a very bulky fullback, but he has an amazing frame, he's fast for the position (4.61) and has the ability to pick-up (DE-LB) as a blocker". Luke Anderson said, "Harold is good enough in my eyes to play on the Practice Squad of an NFL team, and as the years may go, he could (seriously) become a starting fullback". And Dustin Cole of Draft-The-Best /Prospect Sources, stated "Harold McNabb could bring a new type of fullback to the game of football, he's very sleek but strong as a blocker and is an awesome receiver, he'll be great for any teams passing game, and will definitely be the best route runner as far as RB/FB goes". I had a chance to interview Gab & Harold, who're both great creators. Gab was grateful for Coach Kevin Pearson (LA Cathedral Head Coach), the "Balzano Family Field" and the staff members for their assistants with the Pro-Day. Harold was -"honored and excited about the up and coming Drafted and my future".
