The long anticipated signing of one of the three veteran defensive backs (Ken Hamlin, Walt Harris, Ken Lucas) that participated in Ravens mini-camp on a tryout basis, is in the books.
Adam Schefter of ESPN announced Hamlin's signing on his twitter page. According to Schefter, the deal is one season long.
The Ravens also announced that they released safeties Ashton Hall and Brad Jones, center Daniel Sanders and cornerback Courtney Smith and defensive lineman John Fletcher.
