Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk is reporting that Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Jerramy Stevens was charged with multiple drug charges on Saturday night, and has been listed as inactive for today's game.
"We're deeply disappointed by this news. We take such matters seriously," team spokesman Jonathan Grella said. "Obviously, Jerramy Stevens will not be participating today. We will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves, but in the meantime, we're focused on the Rams game."
Stevens' charges include: possession of cannabis with intent to sell, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
